Game
Setup
At the start of the game draw 6 tile cards, then place them on the table to setup your initial board for playing. The game
boards do not need to be lined up exactly next to one another but all roads and rivers must connect if being placed next to another
card with one on it. There are a variety of different types of cards; some of them are Fields, City, and Urban. These types need to be
placed adjacent to one another. The game board cards are double sided as to make it easier to keep board types together.

Crafting Perk Only (All items are obtainable through looting except sniper)

Zombies

Zombies are the main enemy of Survive. Zombies are slow but extremely dangerous if you’re not ready for a fight.
The zombies Lvl and strength are determined by the color of their base.

Zombie Spawn

These spaces are areas for zombies to spawn on the map. When a player enters a card, if there are no zombies on it, roll a 6
sided die and the color die. The number you roll will determine how many zombies spawn and the color showing will determine the
strength. If you roll a color that isn't able to spawn, spawn the highest that can. There are a maximum of 15 zombies allowed in the
game at a time.

Movement

There are 4 types of Zombies, Walker, Brute, Super, Elite

Zombie Color Damage HP Spawn Levels*

Walker Green 2 Dmg 4 1, 2, 3, 4, 5

Brute Yellow 4 Dmg 6 2, 3, 4, 5

Super Orange 6 Dmg 8 3, 4, 5

Elite Gold 8 Dmg 10 4, 5

* This is the level of the highest player. So if the player with the highest level is 3 then the highest level zombie that can
spawn is Orange (Super).

Zombie Bonus
There is a bonus Zombies can have this is a multiplier for when there are multiple zombies around each other. So if
you are fighting a zombie and it has 1 zombie next to it the zombie you’re attacking will be a little stronger. The health of the zombie
will remain the same but it will get a +1 Dmg for every zombie in a 2 block radius of it.

In this example the

zombie the player is
attacking will get a + 2 to P Z Z
its attack because only 2
zombies are in the 2 Z Z
block range.

Z
Perks

There are 6 perks in the game players may choose from at the start. Each has its advantages. Players may choose the same

Attacking (REWORKING)

All battles in Survive are determined by dice rolls. Depending on the players level the player will roll a different amount of
die. This chart will explain. Roll number of die and add up total, then Dmg given is next to that

Player Level # of Die Damage

1 1 1
2 1 1
3 1 2
4 2 2
5 3 3

Zombie Type # of Die Damage

Green 1 2
Yellow 1 3
Orange 2 4
Gold 3 5

When attacking you roll the number of die in accordance with your level, and color of zombie.

Example: Level 2 Player goes up against a yellow Zombie.

The player rolls 1 die and the zombie rolls 1.
You roll a 4 and the zombie rolls a 5
Since the Zombie rolled a higher number it does damage
That means you take TWO Dmg counters.
Now you continue to battle until either you or the zombie dies
In the event of a tie in die the zombie always wins

There are items in the game that can heal you in battle but if you use them you cannot deal damage that turn. So if you heal
and then roll a higher number no damage is done to the Zombie.

Attacking

There are 2 types of dice, attack dice and defend dice. The attack dice has 3 skulls and 3 blank spaces. The defend dice has 2 shields
and 4 blank spaces. When attacking players or enemies they will have their own number of attack and defend dice that will be
rolled. Say you have 1 attack die but they have 3 defend die. To determine damage the face sides cancel each other out. So if you roll
1 skull and they roll at least 1 shield no damage will be dealt. For each attack face not countered that will do 1 damage for each.
Ie.
2 attack vs 3 defend.
2 skulls vs 1 shield
1 skull remains and thus 1 damage done to enemy.

Escaping
If you are in a battle you cannot win you may try to escape roll 1 die for you and each zombie in the battle, your roll needs to be
higher than the zombie to escape. If you roll lower you will take a Dmg counter, if it higher you escape and are moved 2 spaces away
from the battle.
Armor
Armor reduces the enemies Dmg when attacking.

No Armor +0
Heavy Clothes +1
Football Gear +2
Riot Gear +3

So if a Gold zombie were to attack and you had Football Gear on it would reduce it to 6 Dmg instead of 8.
Armor can only be used so many times before it is destroyed. Keep that in mind when scavenging you may hold onto more than one
but only equip one at a time.

Boss Fight

The Boss is the final Battle in the Scenarios Boss Fight and Co-op Boss Fight. This is the only time the Boss character is in the
game. The strength of the Boss is determined by the mode you play, he is significantly stronger is Co-op than in the regular Boss
Fight.
His Stats follow:

Boss Fight Co-op Boss Fight

Dmg: 10 Dmg: 12
HP: 20 HP: 50

The Boss will not begin to appear until the first player reaches level 5. So if there are multiple players in the game you will need to be
aware if someone is reaching there so you are not too low of a level.

To spawn roll the 20 sided die and if the roll is in between 18-20 the boss will spawn. It will be placed on the Furthest Zombie spawn
from all players. The boss moves in the same manner as the regular Zombies do so if a player is on the same game board of the boss
it may move 2 spaces, if no player is close enough then it may only move 1 space in the direction of the nearest player, regardless of
distance.
