Action Plan
I have included the benefits of e-commerce more in details; pages have been numbered and
have listed the internal and external factors that underpin the implementation of e-strategy.
In addition, for tools to monitor the implementation of an e-strategy, I have included
balanced scorecard, KPIs and logical framework (log frame) analysis. Moreover, I have
selected logical framework to monitor the change.

Most of the references are from the web, while the proposed book was not referred much,
the student can better himself by actually referring case studies and tools that help in better
decision making.
The student exhibits great understanding on the topic and possess excellent research skills
that require sharpening.
