III. Information Regarding and Incident (s)

Incident of 16/3/2015

On Sunday, March, 2015, in the tow of turmas'ayya North of Ramallah. The Israeli
occupation forces stormed the two and they threw gas bombs tear on shops and
restaurants open with out any reason. There were no confrontations or even/clashes,
where they young man was wounded Mujahid rajah Abu-Alsokar (24 years.
Condition of fainting and suffocation as a result of throwing two bombs at him while
he was set on his vehicle in front of one of the shops, he was suffering from amental
disability and impaired mobility.
Overall situation

Palestine is a state of the countries with a high proportion of people with

disabilities, compared to the size of its population, and largely due to the arbitrary
actions practiced by the Israeli occupation against the Palestinians, an example of his
was used metal bullets and rubber neighborhood, invented used metal bullets and

about ten thousand young people into the ranks of the disabled, 70% of the disabled
caused by the Israeli violations, where they suffer from a number of difficulties and
problems in life are deprived of movement, work, education, their isolation from the

parties to take law, all necessary measures to ensure the protection and safety of
persons with disabilities in situations of risks, including situation of risk, including
situations of armed conflict.

The government of Israel military forces are in breach of the above stated right
of disabled persons, as well as various other human right and humanitarian laws.

IV. Informed consent of victim

Palestinian general federation of person with disabilities has out hority and consent
from subject victim (s), on whose behalf information is submitted to:

 Share information about their case with the special rapporteur.

 Has his case and identity include in a confidential letter to the state
concerned, should the special rapporteur decide to act on the information;
 Have a summary of the case appears in the public communications report.
V. Identity of the alleged perpetrator (s)

Perpetrators in clude the Israeli military forces stationed in the town of Turmus`ayya
Town center north of Ramallah and the Israeli Government.

VI. There is no steps taken by the victim (s), their families or representatives
on their behalf.

VII. Request for action to be undertaken by the special rapporteurs:

a- We ask that the special rapporteur (s) intervene as a result of rights violations
suffered by disabled Palestinian civilians as a result of the Israeli law
enforcement officals and occupation forces.
b- We ask that the special rapporteur(s) act on information submitted to him /
her.
Regarding allegal violations of the human rights of persons with disabilities by
sending urgen appeals and communications to the Israeli government.

c- We ask that the special rapporteur(s) conduct a country visits to examine the
state of protection of the human rights persons with disabilities in Palestine.
d- We ask that the special apporteur(s) formulates specific freommendations
with a view to enhancing the protections of the human rights of persons with
disabilities the twon of Turmus`ayya.
e- We ask the UN to take appropriate measures to prosecute Israel for all its
crimes against the disabled and all the Palestinian people, groups of civilians.
