I am Gürgelwutz Rsamsha, student of Kleiverts Business College, graduate certificate in
international business (GCIB) pre-master, afternoon four class. I came from Klooht
University of Naples. My background study (Bachelor in Business Study) is was also
related with management so I felt very comfortable with this course. There are three
subjects that we have studied in this semester namely Intelligent Business Study,
Language leader course book and Essential study skills. Especially, Essential study
skills subject was more interesting and practical than other subjects. The book was
published by the SAGE Publications written by Tom Burns and Sandra Sinfield who are
two excellent writers who published this book for guiding the successful business
entrepreneur. In this session, I learned quality education, study techniques and learning
effectively, communicating effectively in doing assignments individually and also a
group report. My module tutor Mr. Gûrgh Wrzaz taught how to understand the content of
the question and pass the regular exams. The beginning of the class our module tutor
provide the whole session a module guide of the subject where the details about our
subjects was written like possessions that we are going to learn how we are going to do
our assignments and the good academic writing skills. Our tutor taught us how to avoid
plagiarism while writing the assignment of our course individually and group
assignments. During my study period, I have learned many good educational skills and
express myself in the field of literature and language including how to find the answers
to the things that I don’t know before my study in Kleiverts Business college.

When I started first semester of my study, I was quite nervous and unknown about this
course and it was totally a new environment to me. At that time, I was unable to
understand the course and tutor too because I was facing the new environment of
education system. In this period of UK graduate study, Mr. Gûrgh Wrzaz helped to
tackle the problems of our study, he guided to us in achieving our educational goal. He
gave solution to performed our best in the exam and suggested that the class
discussion is the best way to achieved our best performance. So that, I have decided to
discussed about how to write the effective and good essays and how to find the sources
related to the essay through our personal KBC id number by using KBC library by
Harvard system in a essay writing. Our module tutor taught about quotations, citation,
paraphrasing, summarizing and Harvard style of referencing. Firstly, we were instructed
to do our first assignment that is individual essay writing which was quite interesting
because we were attempting this kind of education system which is absolutely new for
us and the second one is group assignment in which we have to do our work together
among three or four member with our colleagues. The second assignment was quite
better than first assignment because we have learned many things from previous task. I
put the great effort to do my individual and group assignment and focused to set the
best performance of myself. I have always been a good listener and very energetic to
gain the knowledge which was taught by my tutor so I was fairly active in my class. I
always focused on my main target during my study period that is to be a good and
successful student who equally participates actively in each and every task in the
session. During our regular class, we have learned about plagiarism, effective academic
writing, Harvard style referencing. Plagiarism is known as the valuable chapter for the
students which usually focused on the temptation to copyright of specific task. Students
are guided to enlarged the organizational skills to evaluates their own and to work for
practicing paraphrasing techniques. Plagiarism emphasize on school pressures and
time constraints which helps to understand the importance of honest value writing
system (Reutter, 2002). I have learned how to avoid plagiarism by using Harvard style
of good academic writing skill. In this way, I attained the regular, class which improved
my academic writing skills, presentation and gradually improved my vocabulary, proper
pronunciation and developed myself the level of self-confident to present my
performance among others.

Firstly, I got chance to write the final assignment which was the first individual
assignment in this semester and the topic was outsourcing. Initially, the outsourcing
topic was quite confusing topic for me. By the help of the DMU library and some web
pages I got the knowledge about the topic outsourcing and able to write the individual
essay. As it was my first assignment, it was not gone. Actually, I did not have so much
knowledge about this topic outsourcing so it was not good enough even though I
worked hard to finishing this essay. Secondly, we were committed to do another
assignment that should be in group of three or four member and the topic was
counterfeiting. It was quite good than the previous individual essay. We were four
members in group to do our second assignment. The group assignment which topic was
counterfeiting is far better than first assignment because we are working together with
our colleagues. This topic counterfeiting is also very confusing and completely new for
us. We got the chance to share our knowledge in a group each of the point in the essay
was like a bullet point. We did not even know where to start and where to end. We four
group member spent a lot of time to brainstorming about the topic on counterfeiting.
After taking some help from different websites, DMU library and my tutor. We started to
think about this topic and started to write the assignment. We all group member worked
very hard to give our best performance in this assignment and to impress our tutor
because as he was little upset because most of our individual essay was not so good.
So, we have decided to write our best academic writing skill in a group.

In the conclusion, it was challenging and interesting experience at the same time, by
reading with our module tutor professor Mr. Gûrgh Wrzaz. He is a great and intelligent
person who has good quality to persuade his students to do better performance in
present phase and future too. In my personal feeling, this first semester of pre-master
course was very effective and future oriented which secure the bright future of students
of Kleiverts Business College. I was so focused in completing the task that I did not
realize when it started and finished. I have built up the self-confident in presentation as
well as my writing ability has become more effectively by the help of UK graduate study.
I will give my best performance in second semester and master degree too. I am going
to work on my strength and weakness.
