Concept – „Restaurant“

The restaurants are usually located in main shopping streets and shopping
centers, but can also be located at other locations with a high frequency.

 120-250 m² plus back areas


 minimum 7 m store window
 either have a dining area itselves or are linked to a general dining area.
Restaurant
The NORDSEE restaurants provide our guests
 a variety of traditional and creative fish meals
 salads, snacks and beverages,
which they can enjoy in the restaurant or for take away.
Concept – „Snack Shop“
The snack shops are located at high pedestrian traffic areas with low availability
of restaurant space. Preferred locations are, shopping malls, railway stations,
airports, and main shopping streets.

 30 - 50 m²
 minimum 3 m store window

The NORDSEE snack shop provides our guests


hot and cold snacks for take away.
They can choose from a diverse range:
 baguettes
 bread rolls
 wraps
 fresh salads
 hot snack boxes
New design of restaurants

In 2012 NORDSEE started to remodel their restaurants.


The new restaurants appear with a fresh colouring and with new
natural materials, new furniture and a new floor plan.
They appear bright and friendly and invite the guest to stay.
