3. To update and upgrade business enthusiasts and practitioners with latest issues in the global
environment.
4. To inculcate among business leaders a heightened sense of ethics, integrity and social
responsibility.

Course Description : Students will gain a working knowledge of how to manage personal, interpersonal and
group processes by having the interpersonal skills to assume responsibility for leading
and promoting teamwork among diverse stakeholders. Students will learn to manage
individual and group behaviour in improving organizational productivity and
performance. The course also focuses on the ethical process. The students will
participate in the analysis and resolution of ethical dilemmas that they encounter in the
workplace. This will give future managers to deals with ethical issues and social
responsibility.

Course Goals : At the end of the course, the students are expected to have:
1. Be able to explain individual behaviour, Values and Personality.
2. Be able to demonstrate teamwork in their research project.
3. Be able to appraise the conflict and negotiation in the workplace.
4. Be able to criticize Leadership theories in the organizational setting.
5. Be able to identify organizational culture and organizational changes.
6. Be able to develop cases, exercises and researches related to organizational
behaviour.
