Hello My name is Michelle Scott, I am filing a complaint against Judge Lori Bolton

Fleming, once again she is not following the laws and making up her own laws, and is
violating my sons constitutional rights once again as she has several times. Besides
not letting us tell our side of the story in court at any time and without proper
investigation she took my 17 year old son and the lawyer appointed to my son Preston
Scott has refused to talk with him or myself and walked away from him and myself at
several times when my son or myself tried to talk with him in which his name is Mark
Fern. My son has tried to call to make appointment with Mark Fern several times and
has documentation of times and dates that he called and I believe recorded a session
with Mark secretary refusing to let Preston talk with Mark, or make appointment to visit
with him. We reviewed the laws and statutes regarding this issue and my son wrote a
letter before and after he turned 18 as the statute declares before he turns 18 to request
release of jurisdiction from court and KVC. Since he is adult now, and it was mailed to
County attorney Michael Gaysoso and Mark Fern my sons appointed attorney and KVC,
and I have the receipts that the letter was recieved and once again the laws are being
ignored, and i have spoke and had consultation with attorney, matter of fact several
attorneys and explained situation and every one of them stated that she is violating my
sons constitutional rights and not following the statutes or laws, which is nothing new of
Crawford County, or Judge Fleming. Then I am also receiving threats by the County, to
leave her and this issue alone. I have spoke with Jason of the United States Attorney
office and explained situation and he stated that she is violating Constitutional rights
and that if we find Civil Rights that she or County has violated to contact him back, in
which they have several, and I am planning on filing a Federal Law suit against them
Asap. However, I would love to be able to resolve this matter without having long drawn
out cases, in which my son and myself are being ethically and emotionally neglected
and traumatized by Judge Fleming, County Attorney Michael Gayoso, and Several other
County and city officials. Please contact me by phone or this email for which what is

Scott 11/20/99, and he is mature and smart young man, and although he needed help
with math and some subject in school, like millions of other kids do in which I spoke with
attorneys about and Assistant Attorney GenerL Kate Carter, and I had home school
certificate that was given to me by Board of Education, and also due to my son being
bullied and no one helping us with that, made it hard for him to concentrate and on the
advice of Kate Carter I took him out and he studied at home, just like millions of other
kids, and with all this going on an for the last year, he is so traumatized by this being
done to him and them Judge Fleming refusing to release him so he can come live with
me and be free, he is scared and devastated, and we just want left alone. my phone is
