Hello I have additional complaints on Judge Fleming and attorney Mark Fern.

I have in
the past 4 months requested continuances of hearings in my sons case Preston Scott
through Crawford County Court of Girard Ks and Pittsburg KS and was ignored for not
only continuances but a new Judge due to conflict of interest and prejudice and bias
from Judge Fleming. Judge Fleming is being sued by my sons attorney that my son
hired Adebayou Ogumeno and so that is obvious conflict of interest and Judge FLeming
will no doubt have prejudice and Bias against my son and his attorney since he has
lawsuit against her through Kasey King and conflict gates. Also my son is once again
being ignored with his pleas to be released since he is 18 and sent letter according to
the statue and law 38-2242. Mark Fern as my son guardian at litem nor Judge Fleming
has even acknowledged the statue or my sons pleas for release and Mark Fern refuses
to take phone calls from my son or make appointment to see him or any follow ups with
him and witnessed by myself and others during the hearings when I was still in Pittsburg
Mark fern walked away at fast pace when my son was trying to talk with him at the court
house in Pittsburg KS prior to Court. Then in court Mark ignored Preston and myself
when we both asked to speak to the Judge to tell our side and my appointed attorney at
the time Meredith Frederick did the same with me, she refused phone calls and no
response to texts or my request to speak during hearings and most of the time before
during and after hearings she talked over me and was very rude and disrespectful and
refused to speak on my behalf of what I requested to the court. THis is pure evil and
devastation to my son and myself and is unbelievable how corrupt and unprofessional
these people are and this should of never even happened, and I will go as far as
Supreme Court or fly to Washington DC if I have to get this taken care of and end to
Judge Fleming corruption and illegal holding of my son. It is also against rules and laws
for her to force and set up disability account for my son with his denial and refusal to
accept it and give him ultimatum and threat if he don't accept it, and it says in rules and
laws of children in DCF custody that they are not required or should not be forced to
have payee for disability past the age of 16 and even the Alaska police where I live now
and attorneys said they never heard such a thing of forcing 18year old to stay in a state
and in dcf custody and especially threaten him if he don't sign or accept this disability
that he will never be out of DCF care or see his mom again and if he leave that there
will be affidavit sent to force him to come back and the Alaska police and United States
Attorney I spoke with and my attorney said that is ridiculous and unethical and against
several constitutional rights of my son and my self. My son sent in request to Crawford
county court for continuance of hearing set for Jan 13th 2018 until his attorney gets
back in the country he is out right now with family emergency and I bet they ignore or
refuse to continue the hearing. FOr they are used to making up their own laws. Also
Judge Fleming needs to be removed for above noted conflicts of interest anyway..as
well as he is 18 and is being held against his will and several rights are being violated
against my son from Judge FLeming and Mark Fern and Mike Gayoso and Crawford
County Court. and by the way if you need it I have audio recording of KVC worker
threatening my son an stating he is going to be forced to be on disability and will be
arrested if he leaves KS and openly calling him and me his mom names an laughing an
making fun of the situation and stating of hearings they had with Judge Fleming without
Preston or my self being made aware, and also I have requested several times since i
am out of State to be part of hearings by phone or video which is a law and a right of
mine by supreme court rule and I have been denied that several times. Please help my
