Most common cause: infection
Erythematous nodules on both lower
extremities
Tenderness
Palpate!
Tx- treat underlying cause

EN, acute urticaria, vasculitis- cause is usually an underlying infection

Non tender erythematous nodule,

chronic neck axilla

Check for active PTB

HD-
Skin colored nodules and plaques at
eyebrows, cheeks, nose,
Accompanied with madarosis

LL

Long term close contact

After 1st month of tx- non infectious

Sign- hyposthesia
Blunt or sharp
Present with hypopigmented patch

Annular- tinea, granuloma annulare
