Arrival Instructions

Please arrive at least 30-mins prior to the start of your course on day 1 for registration.

Please ensure you have appropriate identification. Passports and official photo card ID’s will
be accepted. You will not be permitted to start the course without this official
photographic identification.

ALL DELEGATES WILL REQUIRE A CACULATOR. MOBILE PHONES CANNOT BE

USED DURING THE ASSESSMENTS.

All delegates will require the following PPE for the MCE training course:

- Overalls
- Safety shoes / boots
- Safety Helmet
- Safety glasses

Your LEEA Training Specialist for the event will be:

Mr. Rod Towns, LEEA MCE Training Specialist

Delegates with learning difficulties, e.g. Dyslexia, should inform the Training Specialist at the
start of the training course. All such information will be in held in strict confidence.

Dress code for the course is smart casual with enclosed footwear. The majority of the
sessions will be carried out in a classroom environment.

You will be issued with training material and notebooks on arrival, tea/coffee and lunches will
be provided. (Please let the LEEA Training Specialist know if you have any special dietary
requirements).
