Chapter 1

Potato Salad[1]

1.1 Ingredients
Ingredient No. Ingredient Quantity
1. White potatoes 15 no.s
2. Bacon 1 lb/453 g/1 pack
3. Kosher dill pickle 6 no.s
4. Eggs, hard boiled 8 no.s

5. Ham, diced 2 lb
6. Green onions, chopped 4 no.s
7. Mayonnaise enough to coat the ingredients
8. Mustard
9. Ketchup
10. Salt and Pepper

1.2 Directions
1. Boil potatoes till they can be easily pierced.

2. Toss the potatoes in cold water, strain them, and allow to dry.

3. Peel the potatoes with your hands, and cube them.

4. Cook the bacon till crispy, cube them and toss them in a bowl with the
potatoes.

5. Chop the eggs.

6. Add the eggs, pickles, ham and green onion into the bowl.

7. Add enough mayonnaise to coat the salad’s ingredients.

8. Add ketchup and mustard. The ketchup should give it a slight pink colour.
And there should be the same amount of mustard. There should be 2-3
times more mayonnaise than ketchup and mustard.
9. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Chapter 2

Ripen Kimchi Pork


Duruchigi[2]

2.1 Ingredients
Ingredient No. Ingredient Quantity
1. Pork 600 g
2. Kimchi 300 g
3. Onion 1 no.
4. Leek 1 no.
5. Green chilli pepper 1 no.
6. Red chilli pepper 1 no.
7. Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
8. Sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon
9. Sugar 1 Tablespoon
10. Cooking oil 2 Tablespoons

11. Water 2 cup
For the marinade
12. Chilli powder 2.5 Tablespoons
13. Gochujang 2 Tablespoons
14. Soy sauce 1.5 Tablespoons
15. Corn syrun 1 Tablespoon
16. Rice wine 1 Tablespoon
17. Maeshiraek 1 Tablespoon

18. Garlic, chopped 2 Tablespoon
1
19. Ginger, minced 2 teaspoon
20. Black pepper, ground a little

2.2 Directions
1. Cut the pork into thin pieces.

6 CHAPTER 2. RIPEN KIMCHI PORK DURUCHIGI[?]

2. Mix the ingredient for the marinade.


3. Apply the marinade on pork and marinate for 30 mins.
4. Chop the onion into long slices.

5. Chop the leek, green chilli pepper, and red chilli pepper into not so small
pieces at an angle.
6. Chop the kimchi into small pieces.
7. Put an pan on the stove on medium-high and add cooking oil.

8. Fry the kimchi till its hot and you hear a sizzling sound.
9. Add sugar to it and wait for it to boil.
10. Turn up the heat to high and add the pork and cook it.

11. Add water to it now. Cook till you its still watery.
12. Add the chopped vegetables. The vegetables should still be sort of crunchy.
13. Add the sesame oil and sesame seeds.
14. Serve with rice.
