This questionnaire survey is prepared in regards to my Msc Research Dissertation at the University of 
Mauritius. The goal of this research is to identify construction wastes processes, evaluate "The Last 
Planner System and Just in Time Delivery" Lean Techniques and use the findings to improve in­house 
project performance for drains, building and road works at the CCPL. 

 
The questionnaire will obtain your views on planning, construction, procurement stages, types of waste 
processes, barriers to lean, effectiveness of lean strategies, benefits of lean concepts and compulsory 
critical success factors for improved In­house project works.
