10. FUTURE CONTINUOUS
Form: will/shall be + Vb-ing;
Uses: For actions which will be in progress at a stated/given moment in the future; This time tomorrow I will be writing letters to my parents. To express future events which have been planned/arranged; We’ll be spending togethet our next holiday, won’t we?
Time expressions: this time tomorrow, this time next week/month/year/summer, next week/month/year etc.
11. FUTURE PERFECT SIMPLE
Form: will/shall + have + Vb-ed/3rd form;
Uses: For actions which will be finished before a certain moment (mentioned) in the future; By 8 o’ clock she will have delivered all the newspapers. They will have finished their work before/until the bank closes.
Time expressions: by, before, until etc.
12. FUTURE PERFECT CONTINUOUS
Form: will/shall + have been + Vb-ing
Uses: To put accent on the duration of an action which will be finished before a certain moment in the future; By the end of the month, she will have been working here for twenty years. By the time we arrive there, it will have been raining for three hours.
