For the second tank with dimensions D=70.5 ft, Y=37700 psi, E=28833500 psi, H=55 ft, and Sarc=20.6 ft, the calculated Smax is 0.200 inches or 5.086 mm, unless it is greater than 4 inches in which case 4 inches is used.
