How can we help?

With experienced staff trained in the UK where legionella is more

review of your buildings water systems and create a report that
identifies risks and risk control or mitigation strategies.

JMBECs Legionella Risk Management Plan (RMP) is a thorough

inspection of the water systems on site, to include cooling towers,
water plant and all associated ductwork and pipework.

Through qualitative and quantitative measurements and sampling

regimes, the overall objective is to control the risks associated
with the growth and spread of legionnaires disease.

The outcomes are increased compliance and reduced risks.

Typical Scope of Works

This involves a detailed site based risk assessment to review the
design, performance and condition of each system. Site specific
recommendations will then be made, which if implemented will
reduce the overall risks attributed to the building’s water system.
