Good Day!

This is to officially inform you regarding the honeycombs with exposed reinforcement
steel bars observed on construction joint and bottom portion of columns which you
didn’t rectify as soon as the forms had been removed. As a result, NTC (Notice to
Comply) has been given to us by DCI Structural Inspector. Hence, a rectification
methodology was submitted to DCI about the use of epoxy injection to rectify the
abovementioned issue. Therefore, the expenses for labor and materials will be charged
to you as a result for your due negligence. This is for your information and compliance.
