Hi..
157 680 834 (13:31):
Hi
298 777 171 (13:32):
Yesterday I have run the fuel cell with a single stack connected..but the operation
is same..
157 680 834 (13:33):
ok, I talked to Mr. Hartig yesterday and he told me the changes in the voltage was
also there during commisioning
298 777 171 (13:33):
Oho ok..
157 680 834 (13:33):
so I guess this is not the problem
298 777 171 (13:33):
Ok
Actually we have an event on monday where we need to operate this device..
157 680 834 (13:34):
yes I know
298 777 171 (13:34):
So kindly do the needy as soon as possible..
Thank you..
157 680 834 (13:35):
What we can try is to set the voltage threshold to a higher level. just to make
sure this is not the problem.
298 777 171 (13:35):
Ok..
You can proceed
157 680 834 (13:36):
Can we start the load?
298 777 171 (13:36):
yes let me load the system..
298 777 171 (13:39):
H2 valve opened..
its making its typical tik tik sound..
157 680 834 (13:39):
ok
298 777 171 (13:42):
I am swicthing off the load
157 680 834 (13:42):
ok
ok, I think we really have a problem with the air flow through th system
298 777 171 (13:43):
yes..i think so..
let me check with the error list pdf..
157 680 834 (13:44):
thi important error code is the EF_1101
it says there is no airflow during startup
298 777 171 (13:45):
Oho..ok..imfo regarding this error code is not available in the pdf
157 680 834 (13:46):
You don't have the actual list
298 777 171 (13:46):
shall i close the pdf??
oho ok..
If poossible kindly copy that file to my desktop,..
157 680 834 (13:47):
it is on your desktop
298 777 171 (13:48):
Thankyou very much..
What shall we do regarding the issue

?
??
157 680 834 (13:49):
to check the airflow in the system I need to install a tool on the PC to read out
some values. is that possible?
298 777 171 (13:49):
yes for sure
157 680 834 (13:50):
I guess the best way is to download the tool from the web
298 777 171 (13:50):
ok..
can you check it from the browser that i have openbed..
i mean, the service mode can help us??
157 680 834 (13:51):
no, I need deeper access to the internal values in the SW. this is not available in
the Webinterface.
298 777 171 (13:51):
Ok..please send me the link..
i will download it here..
157 680 834 (13:51):
https://www.sbc-support.com/en/product-index/pg5-controls-suite/pg5-21-suite/parts-
of-pg5-21-suite/
298 777 171 (13:52):
please download whatever is required
157 680 834 (13:52):
ther you can find the "S-online tools for PG5 2.1"
298 777 171 (13:53):
please fill teh details here
298 777 171 (13:56):
yesterday when we opened the stacks, the stack no.3 from the top is not inserting
properly..
only 2 screws are fitting.
however, it status is showing connected..
I hope it will not be a problem as of now..
157 680 834 (13:57):
I don't think this should be a problem
298 777 171 (13:57):
your softyware is ready on the desktop..
please proceed
157 680 834 (14:01):
ok, can we start the load again?
298 777 171 (14:01):
Ok..
Let me do it..
157 680 834 (14:04):
you can stop the load
298 777 171 (14:04):
done
157 680 834 (14:19):
really strange what I see
normally the alarm for the air flow has a delay of 20 s
298 777 171 (14:20):
oho..
157 680 834 (14:20):
and here the modules are going almost directly in failure
298 777 171 (14:21):
I am not getting what you are explaining..
157 680 834 (14:21):
I can also see that the offset of the airflow sensor of the last module is not
coorect, but this should not be a problem for the hole system
298 777 171 (14:22):
Ok..
157 680 834 (14:23):
the EF_1101 looks during startup of the module for 20s if the airflow comes up. If
not the EF_1101 appears.
298 777 171 (14:23):
Ok..
157 680 834 (14:23):
But here the module going directly in failure for me
298 777 171 (14:24):
yeah..
So what does this indiacte??
157 680 834 (14:26):
At the moment I don't really have an idea
298 777 171 (14:27):
Ok..
If you observe on the screen now
The internal pressure of the stacks is 1149mbar..
Will it be a problem??
because generally it should b below 100mbar during starting
157 680 834 (14:30):
No, that is not the stack pressure. It's only in the piping of the cabinet. When
the system is starting the pressure in the piping makes an overshoot, but when the
valve to the stack is open the pressure drops down to the normal value
298 777 171 (14:30):
ok
157 680 834 (14:30):
for the startup it's not a problem
298 777 171 (14:30):
ok ok
157 680 834 (14:30):
But the high value indicates that no stack valve was open
298 777 171 (14:31):
ok..
157 680 834 (14:32):
I will do a liitle test in our lab to check something. Give me 15-20 min
298 777 171 (14:32):
No problem..I will be online till then. You please carryon.
157 680 834 (14:33):
ok
157 680 834 (15:10):
So, I tried to reproduce the failure in our lab. But it's not the same like on your
system. I don't have any idea why the alarm appears directly after starting the
fuel cell module. My idea was to check if the alarm timer is not resettet when the
reset of the alrm is done. But this is working correctly.
So I don't have an idea what else we can do remotly.
157 680 834 (15:14):
I just talked to Mr. Limmer. We don't see a possibility to help your remotly at the
moment. I know it's bad for your event next week, but we don't have a solution at
the moment.
298 777 171 (15:21):
We need to demonstrate the operation on Monday to all our collaborators but
unfortunately we could not make it today. So, please keep trying if you get any
solution. Update us over email. thanks for your support.
157 680 834 (15:22):
ok, I will send you an email if I get a new idea.
You are welcome
298 777 171 (15:23):
Lets sign off for now..Bye..
