1. Technical specification of Water Treatment Plant Capacity 500 lph with RO System is given at
Annex-I, of tender document.
2. Water Treatment Plant with RO System and water storage tank shall be installed at earmarked
places as above as per other requirements, if any at the place of installation.
3. EMD should be deposited in the form of the demand draft of nationalized bank in favour of
National Seeds Corporation Ltd., payable at New Delhi.
4. EMD will be forfeited if the successful tenderer, whose rates are approved for the work, does
not turn up to execute the work.
5. Rate should be quoted both in figure & words inclusive of all taxes on FOR destination basis.

6. Quoted rates should be valid for minimum period of two month from the date of opening of
tender.
7. Tender found incomplete, conditional or without EMD or without required documents and
signature of authorized signatory are likely to reject.
8. Payment of 90% shall be released after satisfactory commissioning and trial/ testing. Balance
10% shall be retained as performance guarantee for one year.
9. Tender will be received on 10.05.2016 up to 14.00 hrs. and same will be opened on the
same date at 15.00 hrs. in presence of the tenderers, who wish to attend the tender
opening.
10. Tender document can also be obtained from NSC Website i.e. www.indiaseeds.com and shall be
considered subject to proof of tender fee deposited along with tender.
11. Tender should be prepared and submitted with relevant supporting documents such as past
performance with various Govt./Semi Govt. department etc. if any & can be dropped in tender
box personally or sent through post so as to reach this office within stipulated time.
12. Tenders received after due date and time shall be rejected.
13. All disputes or differences in relation to the tender, the contract or the interpretation of any of
their terms or implementation there-of arising out of or concerned directly or indirectly with the
contract shall be referred to the Arbitration for adjudication by a Single Arbitrator to be
appointed by the Chairman cum Managing Director (CMD) of the Corporation and in the
absence of CMD, the highest Executive Officer of the Corporation shall make such appointment.
The decision of the Arbitrator shall be binding on both the parties. The venue of Arbitration
shall be at New Delhi. The court of law at the New Delhi/Delhi alone shall have jurisdiction in
the matter to decide the disputes whatsoever.

14. The tenderer can visit the site before quoting the rates.
15. The Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason
What so ever.

supply including all CPVC plain and brass threaded
fittings including fixing the pipe with clamp at 1 meter
spacing . This including jointing of pipes and fittings
with one step CPVC solvent, cement and the cost of
cutting chases and making good the same including
testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer
in- charge.
i Providing and laying necessary CPVC Pipes ,Gun Metal
Valves, Unions and other required fittings etc for
connecting 25 mm diameter pipe line from over head 30 Meter
tank to water treatment RO plant & RO Plant to water
storage tank connections complete.
4 Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride
(CPVC) pipes having thermal stability hot &cold water
supply including all CPVC plain and brass threaded
fittings including fixing the pipe with clamp at 1 meter
