SUBJECT: Application regarding the C.V.C.I.D inquiry on the death of 21 years Mr. Saddam.

Brief Summary/Violations/ Allegations:

1. In the present complaint, the complainant is asking for the C.V.C.I.D inquiry of the death
of 21 years Mr. Saddam who died on 18-10-2017 in a train accident between Lalkuan –
Kashipur railway crossing
2. The complainant alleged that it is a case of murder instead of an accident. As per the
complainant, the deceased body was found in the railway crossing by some people who
informed about the same to the police.
-The Complainant submits that it’s a murder as in train accident usually the body suffers
a grievous injury but in the present case, the injury is only found in the head of deceased.
Further as per the complainant and his family the deceased is murdered by someone at
some other place and later the body was thrown by the murderer in the railway crossing
pretending it to be a railway accident.
-The postmortem was done by the police and on the basis of the report, police consider it
as an accident. Due to the death of young son whole family is in a state of shock and
suffering major mental disturbance.
3. Complainant herby humbly requests the Hon’ble Commission to look into the matter and
please for the order of C.V.C.I.D inquiry of the case.
