Assign Active Directory Users

Open the Assign Active

Directory Users screen.

Existing Engage users are

already available within this
screen

You can individually allocate an

Active Directory account by
selecting it from the drop down

If this is ticked, on load of

Engage the user will bypass
the login screen.

If this is un-ticked the login

screen will load with the
user name automatically
entered, the user will just
need to enter their
password. (engage or
active directory)
 Clicking on the Assign Active Directory users to Engage users button will match your Engage users with your
Active Directory users and automatically populate the Active Directory User column.

Note: This match is done on the Engage user Name against the Active Directory user name.

Clicking on the Load users from active directory button opens the following window:

Note: This option will create the Active Directory users as Engage Users.

Select the users

you wish to create
as Engage users

Ticking this will

automatically link the
Active Directory and
Engage accounts.

Leaving it un-tick will

just create the Engage
users.

WARNING: Entering the wrong password 3 times will log the user out of their active directory account as well as
engage.
