Directions
1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat, sauté onion, garlic, and bacon for 2 minutes. Add celery
and carrot and cook for another 2 minutes. Add water, bring to a boil, skim the scum, add crushed
tomato and simmer for 30 minutes.
2. Add zucchini and tomato sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®.
Add beans and bring to simmer.
3. Transfer into a serve into bowl and top with grated Parmesan cheese.
