REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

1 Purpose
Drukair, Royal Bhutan Airlines, the national flag carrier of Bhutan is seeking proposals from
reputable service providers who have the capacity to provide hotel services and for this purpose
is circulating this Request For Proposal (RFP) inviting interested party(s) possessing requisite
wherewithal and experiences to submit their proposal along with hotel rates.

2 Minimum requirement
2.1 The hotel should be minimum Three Star standard

3 Proposal preparation
While submitting the rates, the Hotel should ensure the followings are clearly stated:
3.1 Submit the rates as per the format given in following the Annexures
3.2 Should specify the rate conditions
3.3 Rate quoted should be inclusive of all applicable taxes
3.4 Should specify the service that are included or excluded in rates
3.5 Specify the triple supplement conditions
3.6 Any other applicable conditions.
3.7 Should submit Star rating certificate issued by TCB

4 Term of contract
Drukair will enter into an agreement for one (1) year with the service provider from the date of
appointment (unless terminated earlier) with a written notice of 30 days.

5 Process schedule
5.1 The submission should clearly be marked “ Proposal for rendering Hotel services”

5.2 Kindly note that the proposal will have to be received by Drukair to the above
mentioned addressee on or before 25th November 2016 latest by 5PM
5.3 Any enquiries relating to this RFP must be made in the first instance to the persons
specific herein in writing by email. Any queries will be entertained until 21st
November 2016 and Drukair will ensure that any such queries are clarified within
three working days via email only.

6 Evaluation process
Drukair will enter into an arrangement with the Hotel in its sole discretion on the basis of the
Proposal that gives the best value to Drukair economically and operationally
