The process for redemption is as follows:

Loyalty Points Calculation - For every Rs 100/- spent a customer gets 1 point.

Redemption Value – For normal Debit Card, 1 Point earned can be redeemed for a cash

credit Rs 0.75. For Gold Debit cards, 1 point is equivalent to Re 1.

Minimum Points required for Redemption -A customer needs to spend a minimum of Rs

20,000/- (i.e. 200 Points) in 12 months before he can start redeeming these points.

Time Period - The 12-month period would start from the month following the issue of the

Debit Card. For example if a card is issued in Feb, then 12 months would be calculated from

Mar-Feb

Redemption Options - The customer may choose to redeem points earned for Cash Credit to

his account. Gift Vouchers and Merchandise options for redemption have been discontinued.

Expiry of Points - All points earned in the 12-month period would be valid for 2 more months

following the end of the 12-month period. Post this these points would expire.

Process for Redemption of Points - The customer has to fill out the redemption form

clearly mentioning the following: Name, Card Number, Cust ID, Contact Number,

Number of Points to be redeemed, Signature and Date.
