1. Systematic Desensitization and Visualization are methods used to help learners to


cope with communication apprehension and public speaking anxiety in the
ESL/EFL classrooms.

(a) Describe how each of the methods is implemented in the class.

of the methods will you use to reduce your students’ public speaking anxiety
and why?
