DECLARATION

I, the undersigned Shri Chandrakant M. Chhajed, age-57 yrs about, occupation-

business, residing at Sheeba Society, Aundh Rd.,Pune-411020,do hereby on solemn
affirmation state as under :-

That I was absolutely possessed of or otherwise well and sufficient entitled to a sum of
Rs.20, 000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only).

AND WHEREAS in consideration of the natural love and affection which I bear
towards the Join Hindu Family of my Son Shri Rahul C. Chhajed, consisting of himself,
his wife, his future male issues and unmarried female issue hereinafter to as the said
Join Hindu Family, and in order to make provision for him and for diverse other good
causes and considerations him hereunto moving, I had a desire to make a gift of the said
Rs.20,000/- ( Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) belonging to me, to the said Join Hindu
Family and I desire to incorporate my said desire in writing by express and
unambiguous words conveying my intension properly and accurately so as to remove
any doubts in future in case such occasions arises by whatever reason.

I, hereby declare, clarify and assert that I making this gift of Rs.20,000/- ( Rupees
Twenty Thousand Only) keeping in my conscience clear of any influence whatsoever
and with full and complete free will with no injustice or injuries whatsoever and
wheresoever to any of my relations in my manner by delivering cash of Rs.20,000
(Rupees Twenty Thousand Only).

I hereby express, declare and assert to all those concerned in whatever connection that
I have decided to make a gift of Rs.20,000/- ( Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) to my Son
Rahul Chhajed, his wife, the Join Hindu Family consisting of my son Shri. Rahul
Chhajed, his wife and their descendents in the male line commencing from my son Shri
Rahul Chhajed.

I, further declare, clarify and assert that gifted property of Rs.20,000/- ( Rupees Twenty
Thousand Only) which I hereby make, shall be held, possessed and enjoyed by the Joint
Family consisting of my son Shri Rahul Chhajed, any daughter-in-law and my grand
sons/daughter and their descendents in the male line commencing from my son, Shri
Rahul Chhajed, and it is my express desire that this property shall have all the
character, ingredients and elements of ancestral property in the hands of my son and

his family and Shri Rahul Chhajed, shall take the gift as karta of the joint Hindu family
consisting of my son Shri Rahul Chhajed, my daughter-in-law and my grand sons/
daughters and their descendents in the male line commencing from my son, Shri Rahul
Chhajed.

I, further declare, clarify and assert that this shall be a separate of my son and shall
never be deemed to be the individual property of my son Shri Rahul Chhajed, and my
daughter-in-law shall hold, possess and enjoy and my grand sons, their sons, sons and so
on shall hold, possess and enjoy right, title and interest in the said gifted property as a
member / co-parcener, H.U.F of Joint Hindu Family consisting of and commencing
from my son Shri Rahul Chhajed.

411020. Occupation-Business, as Karta of Shri Rahul Chhajed HUF, do hereby on
solemn affirmation declare that I have accepted the said amount of Rs.20, 000/- (Rupees
Twenty Thousand Only) gifted to the Joint Family by Shri Chandrakant M. Chhajed,
as the property of the said Joint Hindu Family.
