COURSE SYLLABUS
5. Course Description: This course deals with the comprehensive and strategic
approaches to management. It considers the organization in its totality from the
viewpoint of senior management. It covers topics about strategic management,
environmental scanning, strategy formulation, implementation, evaluation and control,
plus strategic human resource management. The trends in different industries are also
studied in this course so that students will learn how real companies strategize to remain
competitive and profitable.
