The siof willbe cut through the southern 1/3 of the building. The southern flonkwil be pulled into the clearing creoted by the cut slot and nubbie cleared from site, The 34 tonne high reach progressively pulls the building into the vacated footprint moving south to north, The north flank and stak tower ore the sttictures where most core is needed both in terms of erecting protective screens on the boundary {and using noise miigaion techniques. The high reach excavator noise i ‘expected to be tolerable and within the 7548 imit at the property boundary. Depending on the stubbomness of the structure being demolished and in porticular the stair tower there may be periods where the 75 dBA lit will be exceeded for short durotion periods. Affected neighbours wil be nofified of the intended work thot wil exceed 75dBA prior fo such work commencing.
