Belleli Group, in addition to its international track record of EPC Energy Projects, through Medgas, is the
founder and designer of offshore LNG regasification terminal in Livorno, the first floating LNG regassification
terminal in the world, located 24 km off the coast of Tuscany, in Tirreneanan Sea. Such terminal, now in
operation, has a capacity equal to 5% of the methane gas Italian national requirement.

Belleli Group / Medgas is also the founding member and the terminal designer onshore LNG regasification
of Gioia Tauro.
Gioia Tauro willbe the largest Italian LNG terminal and one of the largest in Europe. It is fully licensed with a
capacity equal to 20% of methane Italian national demand.

 IRAN: JAHANPARS BIC JV

In 2016, BIC- Belleli Italian Consortium signed a JV strategic alliance on exclusive basis
with the Jahanpars Group for EPCF related to water infrastructure pipeline and energy
to be realized in Iran with SACE buyer export credit financing.

Jahanpars is a top private Iranian contractor in pipeline water infrastructure with 12.000 employees

Jahanpars and Belleli Group realized in the past large energy and infrastructure projects in Iran
