Reason for developing learning experience.
This could be in response to an observation, The purpose of this activity is the fact that children will enhance their ability to use

Learning Experience: Children will get a chance to get in the Christmas spirit with
this activity when they are given a chance to glue images that are Christmas related.

Implementation:
-The teacher will lay out a table cloth and then call the children to the table where
they will be asked what colour construction paper they want from the option of two
colours- red and green which are given in order to represent a Christmas theme
-Then the colour they choose, will be placed in front of them and taped so that it does
not move
-The teacher will place containers with glue inside in front of them and also give
popsicle sticks in order to apply it
-They will then be given different Christmas cut outs of various pictures including
santa claus, reindeers, gifts, snowman etc.
-They will then glue these images on their construction paper and create a picture
collage
-After they are done, the teacher will write their name on the work and place it to be

2 Teaching Learning Strategies:

Invitations- this is when the teacher will motivate the children to try the activity by
showing them what to do and getting them intrigued and interested to try.
Telling, Explaining and Informing- this is when the teacher will describe the
images to the children to explain what they are looking at.
