The details of a Faeries life are unknowable, perhaps even to them. Immortal and
capricious, they will have as many different answers to questions about their past as there
are twinkling Faerie lights in the night sky. You can never know which, if any version is true.
And maybe they dont either.
As a Seelie Fae, he is subject to the rules of the Seelie. Among these but not limited
to are: Bargains made are bargains kept. You must always give something for something.
You may not allow harm to come to people from Unseelie Fae through inaction. You may
not physically hurt people (but that doesnt mean you cant find other ways to harm them).
As with all Fae, he can use his Faerie Sight to see magic any time.
Fychan is a young Elfmaybe? Or perhaps he has lived many lives. Recently he has
traveled across the Aether as a pilot on Elven Skyships. He seems a serious and withdrawn
youth, but enjoys stories and songs. Unfortunately, like all Elves, he suffers from an
arrogance that makes him look down on people (and truthfully most other Fae). He cannot
fathom their tiny short lives or opinions as being worthwhile or significant.
He doesnt care much for violence at all. He carries an enchanted dagger but is
loathe to use it unless absolutely necessary. He will use his Deflection power to summon
illusions and phantasms that will confound attackers, making him difficult or impossible to
strike. Then he will summon magics that will drain his opponents courage and make him
appear large and fearsome, hoping to make them flee. He can also summon other illusions
to confuse, mislead, disguise, or any number of other potential uses.
