AMD drive1 electric board

Supervision LEDs
LED Name LED illuminates/colour
H80 5V power Board is powered (5V).
H20 Watch dog Microprosessor defect. LED is blinking or illuminating / red.

During commissioning and self-learning led is off.

Blinking or illuminating, if a fault is detected (see error code
H40 State table).
Door at the panels closed position and Reference switch is
H10 Reference switch active / green.

AMD drive1 ERROR TABLE (STATE LED flash code)

Door performs following
LED flashes Fault Correction possibility, solution
Action
Check wires and connectors,
1 time Encoder or Motor fault RESET
exchange motor unit
2 times Wrong motor direction RESET Exchange red and black wire
Move door manually and check that
3 times Power stage too hot STOP for cooling down door is running smooth and easily,
wait until door restarts.
Move door manually and check that
door is running smooth and easily,
4 times Motor too hot STOP for cooling down
wait until motor is cooled down and
door restarts.
Check that reference switch is
adjusted right, switch and magnet has
5 times Reference switch error SLOW MOVE a distance of about 3mm and cover
each other when door panel fully
closed
Motor temperature sensor Check wires and connectors,
6 times SLOW MOVE
broken exchange motor unit
If an error is present then STATE Led flashes an error code. It flashes in the following manner: LED error code
(flashes)- delay (Led off) - LED error code (flashes) .....So you can read out the error code by counting the flashes
between two longer dark phases of the LED

OTHER POINTS TO BE CHECKED:

- wiring of reference switch terminals

- reference switch wire must be in good
reference switch condition
- ensure reference switch correct operation by
checking LED H10 when door close
