TUBE CLAMPS - EASY TO USE

Tube Clamp fittings are manufactured with simplicity and ease of use very much in mind. No special skills are required
no welding, no bending, no threading, just an Allen key to tighten the set screws and you can join tubes together in a
matter of seconds. The comprehensive range of fittings and sizes means Tube Clamps can be used in a wide variety
of applications, temporary or permanent. For example in the construction of:

TUBE EASY TO ORDER

As with the fittings weve also made ordering simple. Each illustration in this manual carries a number - for example 16101.
Look under the type column and you will see that this fitting is available in five different sizes A, B, C, D and E. Each of
these letters refers to the size of the tube on which the fitting is to be used as indicated below. No letter after the fitting
number indicates that size is not available at the time of printing. For example 16191 is only available to suit size D tubing.

self colour for 33.7, 42.4 and 48.3mm tube will do just that. These bends are designed for Handrail Standards,
Adjustarail and Tube Clamps. Joining bends to handrail tube couldnt be simpler with splice locks, Tube Clamp 16149
sleeves or 16150 internal joints.

Roof Edge Protection is a system that requires no fixings or drilling and subsequently no repair to the roof membrane.
It is suitable for flat or nearly flat roofs. The system operates on a counterbalance principle using curved PVC
counterweights as the main component. A galvanised malleable iron foot supports the handrail post, this includes
an integral toeplate facility which is a fundamental requirement if there is no perimeter edge upstand.

ROOF DOME MAXI BRUNDLE

Roof Dome Maxi is a modular system designed specifically to prevent falls through skylights, roof hatches and other roof
penetrations. Sturdy recycled PVC bases lock the posts into position around the corners of a skylight then Tube Clamp
fittings and tube are used to construct a rigid frame. Additionally a gate can be incorporated for access to roof hatches.

ROOF DOME MINI

Roof Dome Mini is made from 33.7mm (size B) fittings and tube and incorporating new smaller recycled PVC bases.
The product has been developed to maximize safety without being obtrusive when a building rooftop is visible. The top
cover of this is very easy to assemble using Tube Clamp fittings, making this a quick and effective protection solution.

ROOF ANCHOR BRUNDLE

Roof Anchor is a mobile, deadweight anchor device for use on roofs of up to 5 pitch, where the absence of guardrails
or permanent anchor devices would otherwise preclude safe means of access. Roof Anchor is the first Class E
anchor device to be approved for use on metal clad rooftops up to 5 pitch (subject to the addition of two extra
weights) and all roof surfaces in wet conditions. Roof Anchor utilises a central point which raises the height at which
the arrest force is applied, thus reducing the distance the anchor device moves during a fall arrest event.
