OPERATIONAL PROCEDURE

Location Practical Work Area / Computer Laboratory
Operation Procedure:
1. Inspect the setup of the computer. Be sure that the area is dry and no split
liquid nearby.
2. Check the stability of the computer and keyboard.
3. Check power cord and cable. Check connection.
4. Wipe dust and remove unnecessary objects that will obstruct the use of the
computer.
5. Turn on AVR/UPS and turn on the Computer.
6. Use the computer properly. Avoid downloading unnecessary things online to
prevent from malware.
7. Scan and clean Flash Drive or External Hard disk to prevent from viruses.
8. Properly shutdown the computer when not in use.
9. Turn off AVR/UPS after shutting down the Computer.
10.Return the keyboard and mouse in their proper place after using the
computer.
11.To order to protect the desktop, cover it (If available).
