Macomb County is often noted for its recreational opportunities, particular-

ly its access to inland lakes and Lake St. Clair. There are four major public
parks in the County and our new linear park, the Macomb Orchard Trail,
where people can enjoy a vast array of year-round recreational activities.

These major parks include:

including; ethnic festivals, car shows, outdoor markets, dances and concerts at the amphithe-
ater. Visitors can enjoy the hike a bike path, a new playscape, covered picnic shelters, pavil-
ions and a nature trail. The park and its facilities can be rented for private events.
