their habitats for sustainability
Objectives:
Species and Habitat Conservation:
Regulation of the collection and trade of wildlife
Compliance with international treaty obligations
Knowledge-building
Scope: All wildlife species found in all areas of the Philippines
including those in NIPAS areas and critical habitats
including exotic species in the Philippines

Only progenies and unproductive stock shall be utilized

For non-Filipino individuals/entities, WFP shall only be
issued if parental stock are either captive-bred or
obtained through importation
