(BSSI) Announces New Director of Clinical Operations

Eloi Kpamegan, Ph.D.

BioStat Solutions, Inc. today announced that Eloi Kpamegan, Ph.D. has accepted the position of
Director, Clinical Operations.

Frederick, MD, December 14, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Dr. Kpamegan brings more than 20 years of experience
with a diverse technical background in pre-clinical and clinical statistics, as well as vaccine development.
Dr. Kpamegan received a Ph.D. in Statistics from American University. He is also a recipient of a M.S. in
Finance from George Washington University and has a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and a Project
Management Certificate from Lehigh University.

Dr. Kpamegan's experience includes regulatory expertise in the development and use of biomarkers in the
biotech industry and reviewing Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III vaccine protocols. Dr. Kpamegan has
previously been with Novavax, Aeras Global TB Vaccines and Sanofi Pasteur. Dr. Kpamegan has broad
and diverse technical background in clinical, pre-clinical, non-clinical biostatistics, oncology, and vaccine
development. He Interacted with FDA/CBER in both clinical and nonclinical to defend clinical analysis
and assay validation methods. His experience in clinical data management is a big asset to BioStat
Solutions, Inc. Dr. Ena Bromley, President and Chief Scientific Officer states: Eloi brings a wealth of
experience to BSSI and we are excited to have him as Director of our Clinical Operations team.
