file.

version to

Step Description
1 Check
weldMARK 3
using correct
version: 3.2.0.5

2 A: make sure the laser is enabled.

B: make sure the laser scan head move to the center
of the PCB test board.
C: PCB test board size shall be not less than 100mm.
D: make sure the conveyors [up clamp] is enabled.
3 Open System
Preferences

4 Change Scan
Rotation to 90
5 Change Default
Laser Driver to
Synrad 48
Series.

6 Change Scan
head correction
file to 15mm
aperture
f-150 CO2
7 Calibration
Laser Scan
Head
After laser
marking,
measure the
rectangle size.

Key in the X,Y

results

Remark new
sample
Measure the
new X,Y
dimensions.
Click [Yes] if
both X & Y
dimensions are
52.5mm.
