My Thesis Title is:

FILIPINO NATIONAL IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM: AN ANALYSIS OF ITS IMPLEMENTATION AND
EFFECTS AS FOUND IN VARIOUS HOUSE BILLS
My General Objective is: This study primarily aims to analyze various house bills pending
with the Senate pertaining to the implementation/ establishment and effects of a National
Identification Card System for Filipinos whether residing in the Philippines or abroad.
My Specific Objectives are:
a) To analyze the various house bills pending with the Senate regarding the
implementation of a National Identification System
b) To point out the commonality among the house bills
c) To point out the differences among the house bills
d) To identify the advantages of the implementation of the house bills
e) To identify the disadvantages of the house bills

Specific Problems
1. What are the common grounds between the different house bills
2. What are the differences between house bills
3. What shall be the effects of the implementation of house bills if approved
