Tell something about yourself

i grew up in balagtas ,bulacan and studied accountancy in Dr yangas colleges inc. I liked and enjoying
numbers so maybe thats exactly the reasons why i like to solved them like solving them was so much fun.

Iam a kind of person that i want something, i work hard for it. In fact i have a lot of preparation before this
interview to be the very best candidate to the position i am applying for.

Why did you pursue this career?

. I love to do a job of an accountant, with all daily tasks that belong to this job.

i all have some skills and i am all good in doing something different. I have always been good in
accounting, and people like to do what they are good at. Thats the simple reason for my career choice.

why do you want to work with this company?

SMC is a leader on a local retail market. On the top of that, It is southeast Asias oldest and largest
brewer. It also ranks as the Philippines largest and one of its most consistently profitable companies.I
would be proud to work here, knowing that I participate on something good.

I have researched a lot about your company before this meeting. Your working environment
has a great reputation, and your reward program really stands out. Thats why I want to work for you

How do you ensure you make no mistake?

Everyone makes mistakes. However, I try my best to avoid them. First of all, I focus on my job
only, never listening to music, or letting something else to disturb me. Secondly, I always double
check everything important with my calculator, to be sure I did not make a wrong record.

I do not make many mistakes, but I understand everyone can make some. If I am not 100%
sure about something, I always consult my colleagues or friends (experiences accountants). I have
also a good knowledge of IAS and work with them often.
What is your strength and weaknesses?

My greatest weakness is my low patience when a team member withholds

important information to the detriment of his or her peers or the assignments
success. I have always tried to maximize knowledge-sharing by bringing team
members together prior to launching any assignment to ensure everyone is on the
same page. Yet, there have been times when people have withheld information
even after these efforts. In those instances, I have learned to speak privately with
those team members to understand why information was withheld.

What is your strength

My greatest strength is my listening ability. I pay careful attention to what Im

being told about everything, from specific information relating to current projects,
to future projects, even to what my colleagues did over the weekend. By being a
good listener, I am more effective at completing projects efficiently. My listening
skills also help me effectively motivate others, which would be a large part of my
job as head of the department.

What do you know about the company?

How well do you handle pressure/

Well definitely working up the pressure infact on there was a projetc that given to us which have to be
completed in 4 days which usually takes 10 days and the wholeteams was so stress out they panic then
as a leader i ensured that they settle down we prioritizwe the work and in fact inthe very organized
manner we finish the project , also we also worked late night but that definitely help to submit the project
in just 4 days. So with that , working up the pressure is not too bad for me.

How do you handle decision

Well handle desion is a little bit diffucult, but i know i can do it because i will rely on my experience, i
wpoud also weighed on the pros and cons and also and also take advise with my teammembers and my
superior and think the consequences first before deciding.

How well do you handle a change

"I believe dealing with change is a requirement in the workplace. The mission statement can change to
introduce a new market segment, or the company might need to change direction. Whatever it is, as a
member of this team, I would be expected to do my share by absorbing the new information, analyzing it
thoroughly, sharing my ideas, and really being a valued team member. Dealing with change is a
necessary trait. I think I'm also good at anticipating change by being attentive and observant."
"I'm good at dealing with change because I'm flexible with my work and abilities. I'm not afraid of learning
new and difficult things. Whenever I'm faced with a change, I'll put in extra effort to make the change a
smooth transition."

Long range objective

5 years from now i want to be in the management position and i will like to gain practical experience
eventually become a an accountant manager and also i would like to share and learn alot of new things
frommy team member. However, I need to understand the basics first, the financial processes and all the
numbers in the company. I believe that I can acquire this knowledge as a corporate accountant.5 years
from now

What can you do for this company?

My skills and interest combine with my experience makes me valuable for this company. I have the ability
to set priorities , identifeies problem and use my ability and experience to solve them. I want to create
new things and bring ideas that can help to its strategy.
