fifteen minute meetings between October 2017 and April 2018, independent reading of applications for selection criteria.

Description or summary (committee purpose)

- The Project of the Year selection committee will recruit, and if applicable select, the candidates in the defined geographical boundary (Saskatchewan North Chapter).
- The team will develop and present the criteria to the board for approval at the Boards monthly April/May meeting.
- The team will make the selection.
- Announcement of the winner at the 2018 PMI-NSC AGM in June
- The PoY Team will have the following rights:
1. To destroy the voting results
2. To publish the winner contact info

Deliverables
The purpose of this project is to consider various projects from the businesses in North Saskatchewan Chapter for a suitably qualified candidate for the award.

Duties
Minimum of two volunteers for a period of about six months.
This position requires the ability to work with basic tools like dropbox and hold meetings via Skype. We seek people who will show an exemplary work ethic and willing to give ideas and
time especially for short fifteen minutes meetings throughout the duration of their work.

Experience Is membership required? Number of years as a member
Volunteers do not have to be PMP. All that is Yes 1
