Supply and installation of a 50 cubic meter/day total capacity disinfection
and filtration equipment setup with composition as follows:

Two(2) units 1/2 HP submersible pumps

One (1) lot schedule 40 pipes and fittings
Two (2) units coarse filter
Two (2) units fine filders
Four (4) units aeration equipment
Four (4) units ozone generator
One(1) lot waste water module
One (1) unit multi-media filter with back washable head
One(1) unit 1 hp booster pump
One (1) lot automated operation logic with dedicated electrical control
panel
One(1) month placement of operator for daily STP operation and
training
1 year warranty on parts and service
One (1) unit Multimedia Filtration in 24x 72 FRP with Automatic Digital
Head
One (1) unit Activated Carbon Filtration in 24x 72 FRP with Automatic
Digital Head
One (1) unit Chlorine Feed Pump
Scope of Work: Design, Lay-out, installation, commissioning and calibration
of System Technical; Orientation of personnel-in-charge prior turn over.

Terms and Conditions:

Quoted price includes hauling, delivery and installation on site
One (1) year limited warranty on parts and labor except on
consumables (Multimedia, Carbon & Softenrer beds) Technical support
within and after warranty period.

Not included in contract but maybe necessary for completion of system

All civil foundation works such as concrete padding, catchment and
drainage lines required for the system.
All equipment plant room including necessary roofing, lighting fixtures.
All raw water supply lines of adequate flow and pressure as required for
start-up and commissioning to and for our equipment
All Electrical/Power supply lines to our equipment

Guarantee: Treated effluent shall meet Philippine government Standard

Time: Ninety (90)days

Mode of Payment: 50% downpayment , 40% upon; 10% upon completion

Net Price: Philippine Peso One Million Five Hundred Fifty Thousand only

Recycling System: Philippine Peso: Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand only
