Good morning everyone. Good morning pupils and dear parents. It is such a
wonderful day to celebrate the works and efforts of our learners through the
inspiration from our educators. I am Mrs. Vivien Aying, your emcee for today and I
say, let the second quarter Port Folio Day begin.

To formally welcome us all and to deliver her State of the School Address, let us all
give a resounding round of applause to the mother of Catbalogan III Central
Elementary School, our Dear School Principal, Mrs. Elena B. Cayat.

This time, let us be entertained by an intermission number in a form of a verse choir,

and this will be rendered by selected Grade two pupils. A round of applause ladies
and gentlemen.
