provides you with unique opportunities
A two-year programme with 4 rotations
3 rotations in our headquarters in Denmark, focusing on specific
areas: Financial Planning & Analysis, Project Management, and a
Finance Specialisation (Treasury, Risk Management, Corporate Tax
or Accounting)
1 rotation in a global sales affiliate or production site, where you
have the opportunity to get close to the market
Global career opportunities after the completion of the Graduate
Programme
Am I a qualified candidate?
To apply, you must have:
A masters degree from 2017 or 2018 in a relevant subject such as
Finance, Economics, International Business, or similar
Top of class grades
Relevant work experience or extracurricular activities
A minimum of 6 months international experience
An international mind-set and team-player skills
Availability to start on 1 September 2018

Rotation 1 Product Supply Finance, HQ
Be part of the finance team supporting the production
organisation. Work on projects that decide where to
build production sites and how to optimize production
processes.
Rotation 2 Novo Nordisk Consulting, HQ
Join our internal management consultancy and work
on cross functional projects like new product launches.
Rotation 3 Novo Nordisk, Inc., US
In the US HQ in Princeton, NJ, you can work in
different finance functions that give you an in-depth
look at our international business and a deep
understanding of local market dynamics.
Rotation 4 Corporate Treasury, HQ
Join our Cash Management team and ensure affiliate
cash flows fund our growth through joint sales
forecasts.
