Dear Maam Anita Job:

I am writing on in behalf of the Philippine Cancer Society Inc. to request donation for our
signature fundraiser which is Fun Run for life. It will be held on the weekend of September 16. 2017 at
Roxas Blvd. to Mall of Asia Ground.

Fun Run for life is a family oriented event where participant join for 3k, 5k and 10k run on any
type of track style. This Event is approximated 5 to 8 hours. Participant camp around the track when
they are not taking the Fun Run, take part in other fun activities. Former and current cancer patient,
their families and the public are invited to take part in the event.

Because this event is quiet long and exhausting. We look to your company to help out in
donation for our participant. Our event needs the following necessities:
1. Food
2. Drinks
3. Gift certificate of all kinds to make our event fun and rewarding.

We expect to have over 700 participants this year. Most of our participants are between 18-50 years old
and at least 40% of them will be female. It was also ranging from your children to people in their fifties.

Cancer touches so many people in our community and Fun Run for life is a great way to help
