Title of the Bill: Decrease American Unemployment Rate Act

BE IT ENACTED BY THE MORRISON CONGRESS

1 SECTION 1: Findings
2 Congress makes the following findings:
3 1) 4.1% unemployment rate in America (1)
4 2)17 percent (26.7 million) of the 160.6 million workers in the civilian labor force
5 in 2015 are immigrants. (2)
6 3) 1,457,000 jobs are outsourced to countries with cheaper labor (3)

8 SECTION 2: Purpose
9 To prioritize jobs for Americans job by limiting the outsourcing of American jobs.

11 SECTION 3: General Provisions
12 By limiting working VISAs for foreigners and to bring back the outsourced jobs
13 will bring back millions of jobs for Americans. By increasing the jobs in
14 America will bring a more stable economy. Working VISAs should only be
15 permitted after a search of American citizen to perform the same task. The
16 priority of jobs should be America's first. With a higher employment rate,
17 will allow more people to go to higher education. This act also includes a
18 programme to pay college tuition after securing for a job 5~10% of their
19 salary will go toward paying the student loan, but the difference is if they
20 can manage to secure a job in third third year of college, the rate will go
21 down to 2% and remain until they pay it off. The security of the job is just
22 to ensure individuals to have the ability to pay off the loan. By doing so,
23 students will seek to better themselves and to secure for a job with the
24 adjustment to limit the foreigners to work in the United States. Companies
25 attempting to hire foreign employees as their first choice or attempt to
26 outsource the contract to foreigners will be taxed heavily on the
27
employees due to their contract with the United States companies.

30 SECTION 4: Definitions
31 Outsource: to give the jobs to foreigners to do at a lower rate.
