Important operation-installation
7.heater unit
6.blower unit
Take measure against water leakage attaching the blower unit
Set the mode change lever to full left position (to the direction of
face)
Set the temperature control lever to full left position (to the
direction of face).
Set the outside inside air control lever to full left (to the
direction of inside).
After hooking the control cable Con the claw of the blower
unit ,set the butterfly too pushed position and fix the cable in the
3
clip.
After hooking the control cable B on the claw of the heater
unit ,set the butterfly to the lowest position and fix the cable in
the clip.
Important operations
1. Always inspect the compressor oil and add if necessary when installing
2. Apply compressor oil to the threads of the flare nut when re-connecting the
4
pipe.
3. Air purge the piping after connecting the pipe ,etc.including each unit before
gas charging .
Insufficient air purging may cause the expansion value clogging.
4. Release gas gradually to prevent compressor oil from spouting out
when removing the pipe.
5. Follow the manufactures instructions because the gas charging
method differs depend on manufacturers when charging gas.
6. Make sure that there is no gas left after charging gas.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL

ELECTRIC TEMPERATURE CONTROL (NEW)
NHR PROMOTED A/C
The way to confirm normal range of A/C exhaust pressure according to experience:
Multiply the environment by 2 and 2.5 respectively, and add 10F to each product ,then get the normal
range of exhaust pressure.
10
For example:
Environment temperature is 35 , the normal range of all exhaust pressure can be count by the way as
follows:
(1)F=9/5+32=9/5*35+32=95 (F)
(2)Psi=95*2+10----95*2.5+10
=200----247.5
=6.89476*200Kpa----6.89476*247.5Kpa
=1378.952Kpa---1700.4531Kpa
formula:
F=9/5+32
LPsi=6.89476KPa
