Building
-I would like to start with the building Orange County by Paul Rudolph. In this Building, I was
interested in interior complexity, voids, intersection spaces and the Shift happening in the exterior.

Elements, Screenshots
- I started to extract few elements from the building; from these elements I filtered five elements. By
using them, I was working on creating an aggregate complex composition, where I ended up doing
these objects seen in screenshots.

-The Screenshot I choose looks like a stilt structure with four angled element intersections in
horizontal twined elements with a heap kind of structure in it.

Figure,Interior,Texture and Colour

-This model is evolved using one of Artist Micheal Cinas Fluid painting.It replicates three
irregularcapsules standing over a capricious structure.The outer fluidic texture and color is
incarnatred with the painting.

-I have incorporated my painterly tasks principle, were the outer shell is contradictory to the interior
(outer shell is rock like structure whereas the interior is like extruded lines in a perpendicular
direction).This tends to create a Turbulent drama of Interior and Exterior space,volumes and surface.

-In order to bring the Shift character from orange county to outer shell of the objects, I started to
experiment with the various pixel resolutions.

-In order to create an ambiguous interior space of the object I embedded smooth blobs like continues
surface inside the main shell, which together works on contradiction creating complicated effects in
interior.

-Even in colours and texture they are contrast to each other; exterior is pixelated with cold colours,
whereas the interior is painted in warm.

-It amplifies the incongruence relationship between interior and exterior shell, it tends create deep
interior space at certain areas. At certain points the interior smooth shell is embedded to the exterior
pixel which would be like an ineffable space.

Ground
-I was trying not to disturb the originality of the ground, but at the same the building itself able to
blend to the surrounding as a whole.

-In order not to break the horizontal view connection in the surrounding, so I detached the building
from the human scale view, raised it on 4 pillars.

Function
The function of the building is Comic Library in the park, vertical structures would be the vertical
circulation to the main core, which leads to various comic sections and then to Auditorium, Gallery
Space and Administration.
