False Flooring in SCADA Room of Control Building

(1) Providing & fixing of false flooring system in SCADA room of control
building.
False flooring system shall consist of
A) Pedestal base plate made of galvanized Mild steel and shall be of 100mm
x 100mm size and 8mm thick.
B) Pedestal stud 30mm dia made of galvanized mild steel seamless pipe
and having threads at top and bottom for attaching the top head
attachment and fixing to base plate.
C) Top head attachment made of pressure dia cast aluminum alloy of Shape
and thickness and shall be provided with check nuts at bottom portion for
attaching the top head threads in the stud allowing for adjustment upto
25mm up & down.
D) Channel stringers made of galvanized machine cut, cold rolled mild steel
channels of size 40mm x 40mmand 3.15mm thickness.
E) Floor panels of size 610mm x 610mm in general and of 35mm thickness.
made of unveneered, 3 layer flat pressed, teakwood particle board
(Conforming to IS: 3087 bonded with BWP type phenol formaldehyde
synthetic resin conforming IS: 484 and categorized as class-I for Surfaces
of very low flame spread' as Per IS: 1642) finished on the underneath side
with 0.05 mm thick Aluminum foil turned up and extended by
minimum12mm along with perimeter; finished on top with 2mm thick
antistatic type PVC tiles L.G. make or its equivalent and along four sides
with hard PVC lapping12mm x 12mm x 75mm long , 2mm thick Aluminum
channel cleats shall be Provided on profile of four sides of the Panels for
lateral stability.

Note: work shall be executed as per attached drg. Cut outs for Automation
panels & other equipments installation shall be as per panel/equipment
drawings. Lay out drawing along with supporting stud arrangement shall be
submitted for approval at the time of detailed engineering. Rate is inclusive of
providing required channel Support to panels. Automation panels and other
equipments shall not be supported directly on this skeleton, but it shall be
supported on channel.
