1. One of the most important themes in the novel is that electronic goods and
even electronic life is taking over life as we know it. Look at all the electronic
goods and electronic life in the book are they hindrance to the characters or do
they hope them cope with the stark reality of post war earth.
Possible Thesis Statement: In Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?, the
overreliance on electronic goods and life portrays how technology can
overtake a persons life and prevent one from living a truly fulfilling life.

Possible Thesis Statement: In the science fiction novel, Do Androids Dream of

desires and true motivation to obtain what they desire just like humans.
