Plaintiffs,
1. After considering Plaintiffs' application for temporary restraining order, the pleadings,
the affidavits and the arguments of counsel, the Court finds that there is evidence that
hami is imminent to Plaintiffs, and if the Court does not issue the temporary restraining
order. Petitioner faces immediate and in-eparable injury because crucial evidence will be
discarded, altered or destroyed.
2. An ex parte order, without notice to Defendants was necessary because there is not
enough time to give notice to Defendants, hold a hearing and issue a restraining order
before the irreparable injury, loss, or damage occurs.
3. Therefore, the Court restrains Defendants ExxonMobil Oil Corporation, Bechtel Oil, Gas
and Chemicals, Inc. and Echo Maintenance, L.L.C. from:

4. This order does not authorize destructing testing.
5. The Court ORDERS that the Clerk issues notice to Defendants that the hearing on
Petitioners' Application for Temporary Injunction be set fox h iCfuA/'id /A . 2017

Temporary Restraining Order should be made a Temporary Injunction.
